How La Española (45 years of history) switched to QR codes without drama… and now the customer orders with their eyes

Amando, owner of La Española, puts it bluntly: “You either move forward or you stagnate.” With the Gourmeats video menu, the transition was so seamless he doesn't even remember the process (and that's a good sign). What does he notice in the dining room? That the waiters explain things better, there's less confusion and fewer mistakes, and it catches the customer's eye because the dishes are visually appealing. And with international customers, it's a blessing: with the menu in English and French, they now order and that's it. The physical menu is still around “just in case”… but the one that's actually handed out is the QR code. And Amando is certain: before long, everyone will be using it.
